Neapolitan Pizza Recipe
Cooked to perfection in our EK4923 Pizza Oven  
 
Ingredients
4 tbsp tomato pizza sauce 
60g Mozzarella cheese 
8 capers in salt 
5 olives 
4 anchovy fillets 
2 tbsp olive oil
4 basil leaves 
1 tsp oregano 
1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
Method
Step 1: Wash the salter capers and soak in water for at least 1 hour, then drain 
Step 2: Fry the garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil until lightly golden then stir into the passata 
Step 3: Spoon the passata into the middle of the pizza then spread using the back of a spoon 
Step 4: Sprinkle over the oregano and remaining olive oil, then arrange the olives, capers, anchovies, and basil leaves evenly over the pizza and scatter the Mozzarella cheese on top 
Step 5: Slide the pizza onto the pizza stone and bake the pizza for 1 minute or until the pizza crust is browned, turning it 180° halfway through cooking
